The one thing that I learned in COMM 160 today was just refreshing my mind about simple grammatical errors. For example, the mistake of using your and you're or their, they're, and there. It was good to refresh and have to use them all in one sentence because then it makes you realize the context in which they are actually used.

The one thing that I learned in class today was that news stories are actually just stories but with all of the facts. There is a beginning, middle, and end to evey news story just like any other story. For example, we used fairy tales in class today and wrote full news stories about them and each one of them contained a beginning, middle, and end.
